Rihanna, Tonto Dikeh, Chika Ike all do this.. Is it WRONG?

I noticed a trend, Ladies sticking their tongues out. I tried to take a pic with my tongue out but felt weird. Some friends say it's Sexy so u said I know the best place to ask. You guys. The last time we talked about taking pics in the toilet and most agreed, it was cool as long as the toilet's clean.
