Just 9 days after 15 year old boy hid in the wheel of an Arik plane from Benin to Lagos,A 25-year old man, Leroy Ugaga has been arrested at the Benin airport for attempting to gain access into the airside.
According Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, he was arrested on Monday by a joint patrol team of FAAN’s Aviation Security Services and the Nigerian Air Force.Yakubu Dati, FAAN’s image maker confirmed this
“The trespasser was sighted and observed for a few minutes by members of the patrol team as he tried to gain entry to the airside and as soon as his intentions became clear, he was quickly apprehended and handed over to the Police for further interrogation,”Inother news..the 15year old stowaway boy is still in detention . His family members as well as the group (De Rauf)which promised him scholarship ,are asking the authorities to either charge him to court or release him
